Are you a seasoned logistics professional with a passion for operational excellence? We are seeking a dynamic Business Improvement Warehouse Manager to join our team in Jakarta. In this strategic role, you will be the driving force behind optimizing our warehouse operations, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure world-class service levels.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics and a proven track record in implementing continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Six Sigma, or Lean). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to redefine warehouse workflows, integrate new technologies, and foster a culture of performance and accountability.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute strategic warehouse improvement projects to enhance operational productivity and throughput.
- Analyze complex warehouse data sets to identify bottlenecks, variance in performance, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of operational initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement programs across all warehouse functions, including inbound receiving, inventory management, and outbound shipping.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement warehouse management systems (WMS) enhancements and automation technologies.
- Manage inventory accuracy protocols and implement cycle counting programs to achieve 99%+ stock reliability.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure staff adoption of new processes and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in warehouse management, with at least 3 years focused on business process improvement.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or BI tools like Tableau/Power BI).
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
- Deep knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and ERP integration.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence cross-functional teams at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
