As a key member of our team, you will work closely with department heads and project managers to understand their data needs. You will design and implement robust reporting frameworks that monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business trends over time. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform in-depth data analysis to interpret complex datasets and uncover hidden trends that drive business growth.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define clear business requirements and translate them into technical data models.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide regular performance reviews and strategic recommendations to management.
- Create detailed documentation of data processes and methodologies to ensure transparency and data governance.
- Identify data quality issues and propose solutions to improve the accuracy and reliability of business information.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and Excel for advanced data manipulation.
- Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a compelling way.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a problem-solving approach.
