Tanggung Jawab
- Streamline workflows by integrating sales pipeline activities with recruitment capacity and delivery operations.
- Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards to track departmental KPIs and performance metrics.
- Facilitate inter-departmental meetings to ensure alignment on targets and resolve operational roadblocks.
- Drive organizational accountability by monitoring service level agreements (SLAs) across delivery and sales units.
- Provide actionable insights and data-backed recommendations to management for business scaling.
- Standardize documentation and operational playbooks to improve team efficiency and reduce redundancy.
- Oversee the successful execution of cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business operations, sales operations, or project management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or advanced Excel).
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to navigate multiple departments.
