In this role, you will be at the heart of our decision-making process. You won't just be reporting numbers; you will be identifying hidden trends, pinpointing inefficiencies, and proposing innovative business process improvements that drive measurable impact. Working closely with cross-functional management teams, you will prioritize data requests and translate technical insights into high-level business narratives that guide our company's future trajectory.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and automate interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Analyze large-scale datasets to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Collaborate with department heads to prioritize business needs and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Translate complex data findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for senior management.
- Monitor data integrity and refine data collection processes to ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Conduct deep-dive ad-hoc analyses to investigate operational performance gaps.
- Bridge the gap between technical data engineering teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Analytics role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation is mandatory.
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present complex data findings simply.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a significant advantage.
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
