Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain automated dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Propose and define new business process improvement opportunities based on deep data analysis to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional management teams to prioritize data requests and align analytical output with business goals.
- Perform comprehensive data mining and exploratory analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business operations.
- Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Support the data engineering team in ensuring data integrity, quality, and accuracy across all reporting platforms.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented business strategies through continuous post-deployment analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
- Advanced expertise in BI visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Strong logical and problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.
- Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis is a significant advantage.
