- Partner with credit and retail finance teams to identify analytical needs and translate business requirements into data solutions
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven predictive models for credit scoring, risk assessment, and collection strategies
- Create comprehensive BI reports and interactive dashboards using SQL, Python, and visualization tools
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate analytics into credit product development lifecycle
- Monitor and evaluate model performance, implementing improvements based on business feedback
- Document methodologies, findings, and recommendations to ensure knowledge sharing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or credit risk modeling
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical analysis techniques
- Experience with credit product analysis, risk modeling, or fintech domain
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex data into business insights
- Strong communication skills with ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
