As a Business Intelligence Analyst at Infosys BPM, you will be at the forefront of our data strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop comprehensive reporting solutions. We are looking for a proactive individual who can bridge the gap between technical data analysis and strategic business requirements, ensuring our stakeholders have the clarity they need to drive success.
Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Microsoft Excel.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical data specifications.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to management to support strategic decision-making.
- Optimize data queries and processes to improve system performance and reporting efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in the BI space.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
