- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions
- Ensure data quality and accuracy through regular validation and testing of data sources
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
- Assist in the implementation of data-driven strategies to improve operational efficiency
- Stay updated with the latest BI trends and technologies to continuously improve our analytics capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Business, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization platforms
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
