Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain automated dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets from multiple sources to provide actionable business intelligence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in operational data.
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy across all reporting platforms and analytical models.
- Present insights and findings to management to support data-backed decision-making processes.
- Streamline existing reporting processes to increase efficiency and data reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Power Pivot, complex functions).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to work the night shift in an onsite setup at our Bridgetowne office.
