Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in complex datasets to support business strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Automate manual reporting processes to improve team efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
- Perform deep-dive analysis to provide recommendations for operational improvements.
- Maintain documentation of data models, report definitions, and business logic.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Analyst, or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik).
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros/VBA).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business-friendly language.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
