In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between complex data ecosystems and actionable business decision-making.
You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain advanced BI dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of data modeling, data visualization best practices, and the ability to articulate technical findings to non-technical audiences. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain robust BI dashboards using industry-standard visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for data warehouse improvements.
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that drive business growth.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure data integrity, quality, and accessibility across all platforms.
- Automate reporting processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Provide training and support to end-users to promote data literacy across the organization.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track organizational health and provide actionable recommendations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in a Business Intelligence or Data Analytics role.
- Proficiency in SQL is mandatory; experience with data modeling and ETL pipelines is highly preferred.
- Advanced expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data into meaningful business insights.
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Snowflake) is a plus.
