Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable BI dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL pipelines for data extraction and transformation.
- Maintain data integrity and security standards across all reporting platforms.
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Provide technical support and documentation for BI applications and data infrastructure.
- Continuously improve existing reporting processes to enhance performance and user experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence development or Data Engineering.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with relational database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL).
- Expert-level skills in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL methodologies, and data modeling (star schema/snowflake schema).
- Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
