Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive BI dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Perform complex data analysis, extraction, and transformation (ETL) from multiple data sources.
- Optimize SQL queries and data models to ensure high performance and data integrity.
- Provide technical support and training to business users for self-service reporting.
- Conduct data quality audits and implement validation processes to ensure reliable reporting.
- Document technical processes and system architectures to maintain long-term scalability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence development or data engineering.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational database management systems.
- Extensive experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, star schemas, and ETL workflows.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
