Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive data visualization dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to ensure data accuracy and consistency across the enterprise.
- Optimize database queries and data models to improve performance and reduce reporting latency.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for data pipelines, data dictionaries, and dashboard logic.
- Monitor data quality metrics and troubleshoot data-related issues to ensure reliable and timely reporting.
- Present findings and data insights to non-technical stakeholders to drive business decisions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Business Intelligence Developer, Data Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (querying, optimization, stored procedures, and joins).
- Hands-on experience with BI reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
