Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain data warehouse schemas, ETL processes, and data models to support business reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Perform data quality checks and ensure data integrity across all systems.
- Optimize data pipelines to improve query performance and reduce latency.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL stored procedures, functions, and scripts.
- Conduct deep data analysis to uncover trends and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Developer or Data Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Advanced querying, indexing, and optimization).
- Experience with BI tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Knowledge of ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS).
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and architectures (Kimball/Inmon).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
