Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Create interactive visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Write optimized SQL queries and scripts to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and anomaly detection to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Automate reporting workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and experience with database management systems.
- Proven experience with BI visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, or Qlik).
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes (e.g., Talend, Informatica, or SSIS).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to diverse audiences.
