Dwi Cermat Indonesia is looking for a highly skilled Business Intelligence Engineer to join our growing analytics team. In this role, you will be the bridge between raw data and strategic decision-making, designing and maintaining the robust data infrastructure that powers our organizational growth.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable ETL pipelines, optimize data warehouses, and create intuitive dashboards that provide deep insights into our business performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to ingest data from diverse sources.
- Architect and optimize data warehouse solutions to ensure high performance and data availability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key business metrics and translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Build and maintain interactive, high-impact dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business growth.
- Implement data quality frameworks to ensure accuracy and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Automate manual reporting processes to improve operational efficiency and data accessibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced data modeling techniques.
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS (Redshift/Glue), Google Cloud (BigQuery), or Azure.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation and automation.
- Hands-on experience with modern BI visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Superset).
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
