Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data solutions.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across reporting platforms.
- Create and maintain documentation for BI processes and definitions.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support management and stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business intelligence or data analysis role.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing is a plus.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is advantageous.
