As a Business Intelligence Lead (Operations) at Monee, you will be the architect of our data strategy, driving the transformation of raw information into actionable business intelligence. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end data lifecycle, from architecture and ETL processes to the development of high-impact dashboards that empower leadership to make data-driven decisions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize operational workflows, ensuring our data infrastructure is scalable, secure, and efficient. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the strategic direction and roadmap for the Business Intelligence function, aligning data initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex, interactive dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) to visualize key metrics and trends.
- Oversee data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timeliness.
- Partner with stakeholders across operations and management to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical solutions.
- Establish and enforce data governance policies, including data quality standards and security protocols.
- Mentor and develop a team of BI analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities for process optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Advanced querying, stored procedures) and experience with data modeling.
- Expert-level knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Experience with ETL tools and data warehousing technologies (e.g., Snowflake, AWS Redshift, or equivalent).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
