Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a high-performing Business Intelligence team across the Asia region.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust BI dashboards and reporting solutions to support regional sales and operational objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable data models.
- Implement advanced data governance and quality frameworks to ensure accuracy and consistency across all regional data assets.
- Analyze market trends and internal performance metrics to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Promote data democratization by enhancing data literacy across different departments within the organization.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners to optimize our BI tool stack and infrastructure.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Analytics roles, preferably within the FMCG or retail sector.
- Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikSense.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, or Google BigQuery).
- Proven track record in leadership and team management within a multi-cultural environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes.
