Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end BI program delivery including roadmap planning, resource allocation, and milestone tracking
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (data engineers, analysts, stakeholders) to ensure project alignment
- Define program scope, KPIs, and success metrics while managing budget constraints
- Implement agile methodologies to optimize project workflows and deliverables
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for program dependencies
- Drive adoption of BI solutions through change management and stakeholder engagement
- Generate executive dashboards and progress reports for leadership review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in BI program management with proven track record of complex projects
- Expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and data warehousing platforms
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile frameworks, and project management methodologies
- Advanced stakeholder management skills with executive-level communication ability
- Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party integrations
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent program management credential preferred
