Tanggung Jawab
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to generate comprehensive business reports and dashboards.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for internal stakeholders and global clients.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of BI solutions using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to support ad-hoc data requests and reporting automation.
- Perform data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and integrity of business data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of database concepts and SQL (experience is a plus but not required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio) is an advantage.
