We're seeking a dynamic Business Line Manager to spearhead the strategic growth of our cryogenic pump division. As a key driver of our cryogenic pump business line, you'll develop and execute strategies that align with global sustainability goals while addressing the unique demands of Southeast Asian markets. You'll lead cross-functional teams to optimize product lifecycles, enhance customer value propositions, and capitalize on emerging opportunities in hydrogen, LNG, and industrial gas applications. - Develop and execute strategic business plans for cryogenic pump product lines
- Lead cross-functional teams in product development, lifecycle management, and market expansion
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D to drive innovation in cryogenic technologies
- Establish KPIs and monitor business performance across sales, margins, and market share
- Forge strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in energy and industrial sectors
- Optimize supply chain operations and manufacturing efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in industrial manufacturing or energy equipment
- Proven track record in business leadership and P&L management
- Expertise in cryogenic systems, industrial gases, or energy infrastructure
- Strong analytical skills with strategic planning capabilities
- Experience in Southeast Asian markets preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
