- Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to achieve sales targets and market expansion goals
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams to exceed performance metrics while fostering professional growth

- Ensure strict adherence to Sharia principles, regulatory requirements, and internal compliance policies
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between sales, operations, and product development teams

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in banking or financial services industry
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets and team leadership metrics
- Deep understanding of Sharia principles and banking regulatory compliance requirements
