In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary interface between our organization and government agencies, driving strategic sales initiatives and ensuring seamless project execution.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the public sector procurement landscape, a robust sales aptitude, and the ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships with government stakeholders. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing contract lifecycles, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to government account requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial opportunity identification to successful tender submission and contract finalization.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, productive relationships with key government procurement officers and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity within the public sector to refine our value proposition.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, proposals, and tender responses that align with stringent government requirements.
  • Monitor contract performance to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met consistently.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and logistics teams to ensure prompt delivery of solutions.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2G (Business-to-Government) sales or account management.
  • In-depth knowledge of government procurement portals (e.g., GeBIZ) and tender processes in Singapore.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex project requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and proposals.
