Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end microloan operations and client portfolio in Magetan region
- Develop and implement business strategies to expand financial inclusion
- Lead and mentor a team of loan officers and field staff
- Conduct client assessments and ensure compliance with lending policies
- Monitor financial performance metrics and report on portfolio health
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders
- Identify market opportunities and develop new client acquisition channels
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in microfinance, banking, or financial services
- Proven leadership experience with team management responsibilities
- Strong understanding of microfinance principles and financial inclusion
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and local dialects
- Proficiency in financial analysis and risk assessment
- Familiarity with Jawa Timur regional market dynamics
