Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Expand market share through client acquisition and relationship management
- Lead, mentor, and manage team performance to drive results
- Ensure strict adherence to Sharia compliance and regulatory standards
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration for operational efficiency
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
- Monitor KPIs and prepare comprehensive business performance reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience in banking/finance with 2+ years in leadership
- Proven track record in market development and team management
- Deep understanding of Islamic finance principles and regulations
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic mindset with ability to execute tactical plans
