Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of field officers to achieve monthly productivity and disbursement targets.
- Monitor and manage portfolio quality to ensure low non-performing loan (NPL) rates within your assigned area.
- Conduct regular field visits to verify client profiles and oversee group lending activities.
- Execute strategic business plans to expand Amartha’s outreach and services in the Temanggung region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local community leaders and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company standard operating procedures (SOP) and financial regulations.
- Prepare periodic reports on team performance, market trends, and operational challenges for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Proven leadership experience, preferably in microfinance, banking, or sales team management.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse rural communities.
- Deep understanding of the local market dynamics in the Central Java region.
- Willingness to work extensively in the field and travel within the Temanggung area.
- High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with digital reporting tools.
