Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily business operation workflows to ensure organizational efficiency.
- Facilitate effective communication between local teams and international stakeholders in English and Mandarin.
- Assist in the preparation of business reports, presentation decks, and internal documentation.
- Support the senior management team with administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth project execution and compliance.
- Assist in organizing meetings, scheduling, and maintaining office records.
- Contribute to special projects aimed at expanding company market reach.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, International Relations, or a related field (or currently in final year of studies).
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory due to international business requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and general office software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
