Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, clean, and process operational data from various internal sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and maintain routine reporting dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for management.
- Analyze business trends and identify operational bottlenecks to propose efficiency-boosting solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative processes and support workflow automation.
- Maintain high-level documentation of operational procedures and data protocols.
- Assist in the preparation of regular business reviews and operational audits.
- Ensure compliance with company data governance standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Information Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in business support, operations, or data analysis roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query) is mandatory.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a significant advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive environment.
