Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end property operations, ensuring high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the local property management team to achieve performance KPIs.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local business partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Drive growth initiatives and identify new business opportunities within the Philippine market.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize property performance and maximize ROI.
- Ensure compliance with local real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare regular analytical reports on market trends, financial performance, and operational updates.
- Handle complex tenant inquiries and resolve escalations with a customer-centric approach.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in property management, business operations, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine real estate market dynamics.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, professional maturity, and ability to work autonomously.
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
