Homage is seeking a dynamic Business Partnership Associate to drive our growth and expand our network of healthcare providers in the Central Region. In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between Homage and key industry stakeholders, fostering relationships that deliver superior care solutions.

Your primary focus will be on identifying and onboarding strategic partners, managing existing accounts, and ensuring our home care services reach those who need them most. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to craft compelling partnership proposals and drive revenue growth.   • Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with healthcare facilities and providers in the Central Region.
  • Execute partnership agreements and ensure compliance with Homage’s operational standards.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive long-term value and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to align partnership strategies with company objectives.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on partnership performance and pipeline health.
  • Represent Homage at industry events and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.

Kualifikasi

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience in sales.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or partnership management within the healthcare or service industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet ambitious sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable.
  • Valid work pass for Singapore (or eligibility to work).
