Are you a dynamic relationship builder with a passion for driving merchant growth? Paydia is currently seeking a highly motivated Business Partnership Manager to join our expanding team in Jakarta Pusat. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of Paydia, responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing strategic partnerships with merchants to drive platform adoption.
You will play a critical role in our growth strategy by identifying market opportunities, executing outreach campaigns, and managing the entire partnership lifecycle. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment, possesses exceptional communication skills, and is dedicated to helping our merchant partners achieve long-term success through our ecosystem.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new merchants to expand Paydia's footprint in the Indonesian market.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Conduct high-quality sales pitches and product demonstrations to prospective business partners.
- Create and execute tailored growth strategies to help onboarded merchants maximize their usage of Paydia's services.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine our partnership acquisition approach.
- Perform regular follow-ups and business reviews to ensure merchant satisfaction and platform retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and marketing, to relay merchant feedback and improve the service experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in business development, merchant acquisition, or B2B sales, preferably in the fintech or e-commerce sector.
- Strong network and deep understanding of the local business landscape in Jakarta.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting aggressive acquisition targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data-driven reporting.
- High level of integrity, professional presence, and strong problem-solving abilities.
