Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand John Deere market share in the Balikpapan region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key agricultural stakeholders and decision-makers
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical consultations for farming equipment solutions
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted promotional campaigns
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Coordinate with logistics and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in B2B sales or agricultural equipment distribution
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Deep understanding of Indonesian agricultural practices and machinery needs
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in remote territories
