We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Process Analyst to join our team in Penang.
In this role, you will act as a bridge between operational needs and technical execution. You will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and documenting complex business processes to drive efficiency across our manufacturing and logistics value chain. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and leverage data to make informed decisions that align with Keysightâs global operational excellence standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for operational improvement and cost reduction.
- Document end-to-end workflows and create visual process maps using industry-standard modeling tools.
- Collaborate with IT and manufacturing stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of newly implemented processes.
- Facilitate workshops with internal teams to gather requirements and identify pain points.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to support process re-engineering and automation initiatives.
- Ensure all processes comply with company policies and global quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business process analysis, operations, or project management.
- Proficiency in process modeling software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN tools).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or logistics environment is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
