In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead process optimization initiatives by conducting comprehensive walkthroughs with key stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and uncover transformation opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document current workflows, map process dependencies, and design innovative solutions aligned with strategic objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead process walkthroughs with department heads to document current workflows and pain points
- Perform comprehensive data analysis to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
- Design and implement optimized business processes using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Develop detailed process documentation, flowcharts, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure process solutions align with system capabilities
- Monitor process performance through KPI tracking and continuous improvement initiatives
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to validate requirements and gain buy-in for changes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business process analysis or operational excellence
- Proficiency in process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or business process management preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to stakeholders
- Proven track record of implementing successful process improvements
