Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze current banking operational workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for automation.
- Design and implement comprehensive process improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and Operations, to gather requirements and document detailed business processes.
- Conduct thorough data analysis and performance metrics reviews to measure the effectiveness of implemented changes.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to communicate process improvements and gather feedback.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track progress and ensure continuous improvement goals are met.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in business process analysis, banking operations, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles is a strong plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment within Bonifacio Global City.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and keen attention to detail.
