Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end business process re-engineering initiatives to drive organizational efficiency.
- Conduct detailed gap analysis to identify manual process inefficiencies and potential areas for digital automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to document requirements and map current (as-is) and future (to-be) state processes.
- Develop robust project documentation, including process flowcharts, business requirement documents (BRD), and user stories.
- Monitor and analyze project performance metrics to ensure digital transformation goals are met.
- Facilitate workshops with business units to manage change and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Support the selection and implementation of automation tools and software systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Process Analyst or Business Consultant.
- Strong expertise in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).
- Demonstrated experience in digital transformation projects or large-scale systems implementation.
- Solid understanding of automation frameworks (e.g., RPA, Low-code/No-code solutions).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Professional certification (e.g., CBAP, Lean Six Sigma) is highly advantageous.
