In this role, you will be instrumental in documenting, analyzing, and optimizing end-to-end logistics processes to drive efficiency and operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, IT, and warehouse management, to identify bottlenecks, propose data-driven solutions, and implement best practices.
As a key player in the digital transformation of logistics, you will leverage analytical tools and methodologies to redesign workflows, support system integrations, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Document and analyze current warehouse and logistics processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define process changes.
- Conduct data analysis to measure process performance and recommend optimization strategies.
- Support system implementation and integration projects (e.g., WMS, TMS).
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for logistics operations.
- Facilitate training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in business process analysis, preferably in warehouse or logistics environments.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and logistics management.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis (Excel, SQL).
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with WMS/TMS systems and Agile methodologies is a plus.
