Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and analyze business workflows to uncover bottlenecks and areas for automation.
- Design, develop, and deploy RPA bots using industry-standard tools like UiPath or Power Automate.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scopes.
- Execute end-to-end testing of automation scripts to ensure system integrity.
- Document process flows and provide training to non-technical staff on new automated systems.
- Monitor performance metrics to ensure automation goals are met and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Stay abreast of the latest automation trends and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Business Process Analysis or Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Microsoft Power Automate.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel functions.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business units.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
