Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze existing business processes to identify automation opportunities and inefficiencies
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using tools like UiPath or Automation Anywhere
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define automation requirements and success metrics
- Create comprehensive process documentation and workflow diagrams
- Test and validate automation solutions to ensure accuracy and performance
- Monitor automated systems and continuously optimize for efficiency gains
- Train end-users on new automated processes and provide ongoing support
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business process automation or RPA implementation
- Proficiency in automation tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to map complex business workflows
- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Certification in RPA or process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) preferred
