  • Develop and maintain documentation of sales procedures, guidelines, and workflow diagrams

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field from a reputable university
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales operations, process coordination, or business analysis roles
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles, workflows, and performance metrics in a B2B or service environment
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
