Pioneer Jaya International is seeking a meticulous and results-oriented Business Process Development Officer to join our dynamic team in Denpasar, Bali. In this pivotal role, you will act as the architect of our internal operations, responsible for designing, documenting, and optimizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that drive organizational excellence.
As our Business Process Development Officer, you will bridge the gap between strategy and execution. You will collaborate with department heads to identify operational bottlenecks, implement lean methodologies, and ensure that every process adheres to company compliance standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all operational departments.
- Conduct regular process audits to ensure strict adherence to established protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Analyze existing business workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose actionable improvement plans.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align business processes with overall company strategic goals.
- Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to process effectiveness and productivity.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on updated processes to ensure smooth implementation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen/Lean) to minimize waste and optimize resource allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in business process mapping, SOP development, or internal auditing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable procedures.
- Proficiency in process modeling software (e.g., MS Visio, Lucidchart, or Bizagi).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to organizational quality standards.
- Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
