Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Resolve technical and billing issues using CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Document interactions accurately in compliance with ISO standards
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Maintain 25+ daily call targets with quality assurance metrics
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Participate in quarterly training to enhance product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Business, Communication, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in BPO or customer service
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Certification in customer service preferred (e.g., CCXP)
- Typing speed 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
