Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive process strategies to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Analyze existing business workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage and allocate process resources effectively to ensure seamless project execution and resource optimization.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process maps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives and implement best practices.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to evaluate the success of implemented changes.
- Facilitate training sessions to ensure stakeholders understand and adopt new processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business process engineering, process optimization, or industrial engineering.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
