Are you ready to drive operational transformation across the Asia-Pacific region? CEVA Logistics is seeking a talented Business Process Excellence Expert to lead and support our Operational Excellence initiatives within the APAC Contract Logistics division.
In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in Lean and Six Sigma (DMAIC) methodologies to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, optimize supply chain processes, and ensure we deliver world-class logistics solutions to our global clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and facilitate LEAN and Six Sigma (DMAIC) projects across the APAC Contract Logistics network.
- Analyze complex business processes and supply chain operations to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and consistency.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions and workshops to build process excellence capabilities within regional teams.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on the impact of improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive cultural change and operational agility.
- Champion the use of digital tools and advanced data analytics for process optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Business Process Management, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, create process maps, and drive data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering results on time and within budget.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the logistics or manufacturing industry is a strong plus.
