CMA CGM, a world leader in shipping and logistics, is seeking a dynamic Business Process Excellence Expert to join our APAC Contract Logistics team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our operational maturity, ensuring that our logistics infrastructure remains agile, efficient, and customer-centric.
As the Business Process Excellence Expert, you will act as an internal consultant, identifying bottlenecks, streamlining workflows, and implementing robust DMAIC frameworks across our regional operations. You will champion a culture of continuous improvement, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate strategic goals into tangible operational successes. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and facilitate end-to-end process improvement projects using LEAN and DMAIC methodologies across APAC Contract Logistics sites.
- Analyze operational data to identify performance gaps and provide data-driven recommendations for process optimization.
- Collaborate with local and regional site managers to standardize operational procedures and best practices.
- Mentor and train staff on quality management tools and continuous improvement mindsets to build local capability.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across the APAC region, ensuring alignment on process excellence roadmaps.
- Drive the digital transformation of manual processes to enhance overall logistics throughput and cost-efficiency.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track the success and ROI of process enhancement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or Green Belt with significant relevant experience) certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business process improvement, preferably within the logistics, freight, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Minitab).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale change management projects within a multinational environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Deep understanding of warehousing operations, distribution logistics, and end-to-end supply chain visibility.
