Are you a process-driven professional with a passion for operational excellence? Generika Drugstore is seeking a highly skilled Business Process Management (BPM) Lead at the Assistant Manager level to join our growing team in Paranaque City. In this pivotal role, you will act as a catalyst for transformation, driving process standardization, governance, and continuous improvement across our retail pharmacy operations.
As our BPM Lead, you will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design efficient workflows that enhance productivity, reduce operational costs, and elevate the customer experience. You will be responsible for mapping current states, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing scalable solutions that align with our strategic organizational goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end business process mapping and documentation initiatives to standardize company-wide operations.
- Identify and analyze operational inefficiencies, proposing scalable solutions to improve overall business performance.
- Establish and maintain a robust process governance framework to ensure compliance and consistency across all departments.
- Partner with key stakeholders to facilitate process re-engineering and design new workflows that drive digital transformation.
- Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of process improvement projects.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes by frontline and back-office teams.
- Conduct regular process audits to maintain quality standards and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Process Management, Operations Excellence, or Process Improvement.
- Strong proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., MS Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi).
- Proven experience in implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies or similar continuous improvement frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities in a high-growth environment.
- Experience in the retail or healthcare/pharmaceutical industry is a significant advantage.
