- Conduct end-to-end process reviews to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities
- Lead project management activities for process improvement initiatives from conception to implementation
- Analyze operational workflows using data-driven methodologies to recommend enhancements
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including flowcharts and SOPs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and process redesign
- Implement change management strategies to drive adoption of new processes
- Monitor process performance metrics and report on continuous improvement outcomes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in process analysis or project management
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation
- Project management certification (PMP/Prince2) preferred
- Knowledge of banking/financial services industry processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
