- Lead end-to-end business process re-engineering initiatives across organizational functions
- Analyze existing workflows using BPMN, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies
- Design and implement optimized processes that enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and ensure buy-in for transformation projects
- Develop change management strategies to support process adoption and mitigate resistance
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to measure process improvement outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement culture through agile methodologies and innovation frameworks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 8+ years in process re-engineering, operational excellence, or transformation roles
- Proven experience leading cross-functional process optimization projects in ICT sector
- Expertise in BPMN, Lean Six Sigma, and agile methodologies with certifications (e.g., CBP, LSS)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and drive evidence-based decisions
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, ARIS, Bizagi) and ERP systems
